Steel furnace operation knowledge and precautions
 
First, preparation before warming up:
 
1. Check if each solid state relay is connected virtually;
 
2. Check if the parameter settings on the touch screen are correct.
 
3. Whether the connection between the front and rear furnace doors and the drive shaft is normal;
 
4. Is the photoelectricity of the upper and lower stations normal?
 
5. Whether the furnace body and the transmission O-ring of the wind grid are normal;
 
6. Whether the furnace body and the encoder of the wind grid are normal (visual inspection);
 
7. Is the voltage of the battery normal?
 
8. Is the air compressor normal?
 
9. Whether the upper air switch of the solid state relay is closed;
 
10. Go through the empty process and watch the touch screen for alarm status;
 
11. Start heating up after normal, and use matrix heating to raise the temperature to avoid full heating.
 
Second, the precautions before running the tempering furnace:
 
1. When the system is running, you will hear the venting sound of the rear door solenoid valve twice, and the rear door will perform the opening and closing actions once, otherwise it is not normal;
 
2. Check if the touch screen has an alarm status and follow the prompts to solve it;
 
3. Cover the photoelectric switch of the upper stage with your hand and take a glass of glass to see if it is normal. Note that when the glass is released, the rear door will perform an opening and closing action. After that, the alarm will sound and the rear door will open. The glass is baked; normal production is observed after normal operation, and the production is in a fully heated state;
 
Third, the touch screen parameter settings:
 
1. Temperature setting: For 4, 5, 6 mm glass, the upper furnace set temperature is 710 degrees, the lower furnace set temperature is 700 degrees; for 8, 10 mm glass, the upper furnace set temperature 700 degrees, the lower furnace set temperature is 690 degrees; for 12,15,19 mm glass, the upper furnace set temperature is 690 degrees, the lower furnace set temperature is 680 degrees;
 
2. Setting of tempering and cooling air pressure: For 4, 5, 6 mm glass, the tempered wind pressure takes a large value, the blowing time is “conversion time”, the cooling time is small, and the blowing time is the total blowing time minus "conversion time";
 
3. Stepping into the film: the stepping value of the film is 3 seconds, which is a fixed value. It does not need to be changed, which is the number of seconds the inverter is rotating.
 
Fourth, other notes:
 
1. The DC protection button of the console must be pressed in unison to keep the circuit connected, otherwise the DC protection will not work after power failure;
 
2. When there is a power outage during production, press the “DC Strip” button on the windshield operation panel for the first time, and let the glass in the furnace drain to the lower platform to the ground;
 
3. When the glass in the furnace breaks during production, you must press the “furnace failure” button for the first time. The action at this time is: the rear furnace door is opened, the furnace body, the wind grid, and the lower table roller are rotating forward to make the glass Discharge to the ground; press the furnace fault button to reset it after completion. Note that when you enter the furnace again, you must press the system to stop at the touch screen, and then press the system again before you can produce normally. Otherwise, Can't enter the glass;
 
4. When the windshield breaks, the glass must be broken. You must press the “window fault” button. At this time, the windshield roller stop stops. If the glass of the windshield is not desired, press the “window fault” button again. The damper is closed to stop the blowing, and the action at this time is that the wind dam is advanced in advance, and then the damper is pressed to cause the glass on the wind slab to fall;
 
5. Note: The windshield debris must be disposed of properly after production.
